The principle of withdrawal

In principle, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw by returning or returning the PRODUCT to the SELLER, without giving any reason.

To this end, the PRODUCT must be returned or restituted at the latest within fourteen (14) days of the communication of its decision to withdraw, unless the SELLER offers to collect the PRODUCT itself.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

If the CLIENT has ordered several PRODUCTS in a single order giving rise to several DELIVERIES (or in the case of an order for a single PRODUCT delivered in several batches), the withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which the CLIENT, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CLIENT, takes physical possession of the last item.

If the PRODUCT is delivered in several batches of parts, the withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last batch or part.

Notification of the right of withdrawal

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the CUSTOMER must send his communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, the SELLER undertakes to reimburse all sums paid, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the CUSTOMER's choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by the SELLER) from the date on which it is informed of the CUSTOMER's decision to withdraw (Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code). .

Unless the SELLER offers to collect the PRODUCTS itself, the SELLER may defer reimbursement until the PRODUCTS have been collected or until the CUSTOMER has provided proof of shipment of the PRODUCTS, whichever occurs first. The SELLER will make the refund using the same means of payment that the CUSTOMER used for the initial transaction, unless the CUSTOMER expressly agrees to use another means of payment and insofar as the refund does not incur any costs for the CUSTOMER.

Return policy

In any event, the CUSTOMER must return the goods to 52 rue des Costelles, 88460 Docelles, France, no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision to withdraw from this contract.

This deadline is deemed to have been met if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.

Return costs

The CUSTOMER shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If the weight of the PRODUCT prevents the CUSTOMER from returning it by post, the CUSTOMER shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Condition of returned goods

The PRODUCT must be returned in accordance with the SELLER's instructions, in particular it must not have been used or washed and must include all accessories delivered.

The CUSTOMER shall only be liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the PRODUCT. In other words, the CUSTOMER has the opportunity to test the PRODUCT but may be held liable if they handle it in any way other than is necessary.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

    - Provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance began after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal
    - Provision of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market
    - Provision of goods made to the CUSTOMER's specifications or clearly personalised
    - Supply of goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items
    - Supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the CUSTOMER after DELIVERY
