Quality controls for imported textile products
Before shipment:
production sampling
Samples analysed by our purchasing department. If compliant, shipment is initiated and the sample archived.
Upon receipt:
random quality control
- If minor defects relating to technical tolerances are found, they are noted in a report sent to our subcontractor, whom we ask to implement a corrective action plan.
- If a major defect is found, we suspend or cancel customer shipments.
Quality control of products manufactured by ALM
At our central logistics platform:
We systematically carry out checks upon receipt of raw materials. Quality controllers are present daily at each production site.
Before shipment, we draw up a detailed inspection report:
This includes the number of compliant items, the number of alterations and reworks, any size errors found, the overall quality of manufacture, etc.
Our inspectors are present every day in our workshops:
To carry out a general assessment of product quality and, if necessary, to discuss corrective actions.
