Protective toe caps (SB or PB) in steel or composite protect the toes and are part of the basic requirements. Some of our models meet additional requirements: anti-perforation soles (P), anti-slip soles (SRA or SRB): malleolar (AN) or metatarsal (M) protection: uppers resistant to absorption (E) and water penetration (WR or WRU) or cuts (CR), etc. Breathability and waterproofing Outdoor conditions can be varied, and it's crucial that your footwear is both breathable and waterproof. Look for models with breathable materials to prevent overheating, but also waterproof membranes to keep your feet dry in the rain.
