The industrial manufacturing process for ALM workwear and textile items
At ALM, we offer professionals textile products that meet their needs, at the best prices and with fast delivery. They are designed and manufactured in accordance with our customers' specifications, whatever their sector of activity (health and well-being, hospitality and catering, crafts, construction and industry, security, etc.). We can dress hospital staff and patients as well as residents of retirement homes, nursing homes for the elderly (EHPAD) or other specialised facilities, or supply inter-hospital laundries with flat linen that can withstand industrial cleaning. Our product catalogue stands out for its diversity, with more than 36,000 ready-made models.
In order to produce such large quantities of workwear and textile items, we have developed our industrial production site in Tunisia. Our technological investments and the skilled professionals we recruit enable us to produce more than 57,000 items per week. The 650 employees working in 20 specialised workshops manufacture professional clothing and textile items in less than three weeks. They guarantee the quality of our products and ALM's responsiveness.

Our Tunisian logistics platform: guaranteed controlled transport of textile products
Our logistics platforms are designed to meet our quality commitments in terms of delivering textile products to our customers. The efficiency of our equipment and organisation enables us to quickly produce and distribute professional clothing and textile items throughout France.
Our logistics platforms are responsible for:
- management of raw material stocks,
- editing layouts and optimising placements,
- preparing and distributing fabrics and supplies to production workshopsn,
- daily quality control at production sites,
- validating and editing delivery notes (DN) before weekly shipment to the logistics platform in Docelles or direct shipment.
