FAQ: does your website allow returns or exchanges?
When buying workwear or textile items online, it is normal to wonder whether a return or an exchange is possible in the event of a size or model error, or simply a change of mind.
In this post, we clarify what you need to know about our returns and exchanges policy.
1. Can I return an item purchased on your website?
Yes, we accept returns under certain conditions:
- The item must be new, unworn and unwashed.
- The label and original packaging must be kept.
- The return must be made within 14 days after receiving the order (except for special conditions).
Exceptions : for hygiene or customization reasons, certain products (e.g.: garments embroidered or heat-pressed with a logo) cannot be returned.
2. Is it possible to request an exchange?
Yes, exchanges are possible for:
- A size error.
- A change of color or model (subject to stock availability).
In this case, simply contact us to reserve the new item.
3. What are the processing times for a return or an exchange?
After receiving and checking your return parcel, we process the refund within 7 to 10 business days.
For an exchange, the new item is generally shipped within 48 hours after the return is approved.
4. Who covers the return shipping costs?
Defective product or our error : we cover all return shipping costs.
Voluntary return (change of mind, size error) : return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

5. How do I request a return or an exchange?
- Log in to your customer account and go to the “ My orders ” section.
- Select the relevant order and click “ Request a return/exchange ”.
- Print the return label or follow the instructions provided by our customer service.
- Drop off the parcel at the pickup point or post office indicated.
