FAQ : Can I change or cancel my order a er I have placed it?

At ALM we understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order a er it has been placed. Whether it's a change of size, colour, quantity, address or a question of lead time, we're here to help.

In this post we set out the information you need to know about order changes and cancellations. 

Is it possible to change my order a er it has been confirmed? 

1. Possible changes before dispatch 

Once an order has been placed, we endeavour to deal with requests for changes as quickly as possible. Here's what you can change, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched:

  • Change of personalisation (addition of branding: edging or screen printing of logo and/or text),
  • Modification of the quantity or reference of items (addition or removal of linen),
  • Change of size (if you ordered a garment that was available in stock at the time of purchase and it does not meet your expectations). 

2. How do I request a modification? 

To change your order, contact us as soon as possible via the following channels:

We will do our best to satisfy your request as quickly as possible. However, it is important to note that changes can only be made if the order has not yet been released for production or dispatch. 

Can I cancel my order? 

1. Order cancellation before dispatch 

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, it is possible to do so, but it is essential to contact our customer service team as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us, the greater the chances of cancellation.

  • Cancellation period: We advise you to contact our customer service department within 12 hours of placing your order to maximise the chances of cancellation,
  • Cancellation conditions: If your order is already being made or dispatched, cancellation will be more difficult. 

 

2. How do I cancel my order? 

  • By telephone: Call us on 03 29 33 20 11 for a quick cancellation,
  • By  e-mail: Send a cancellation request to contact@alm-textile.fr,
  • Online contact form: Use our form to submit your cancellation request. 

What should I do if my order has already been dispatched? 

If your order has been released for production or has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you do have the option of returning items (women's tunic, safety shoes, tablecloth, etc.) within the time limits set out in our returns policy. We will guide you every step of the way to make a return or an exchange if necessary.
