At ALM, we do our utmost to generate the most positive impact possible in areas related to our business. Our sustainable development policy is an example of the actions we take to protect the environment. We also apply this commitment to acting in accordance with the needs and requirements of our time to the stakeholders involved in our activities: our suppliers and partners, our customers, our employees, the local area and society as a whole.

We stand for human values

Our family-owned SME, which designs, manufactures and distributes professional clothing and textile items, places human values at the heart of its activities. We ensure that everyone who comes into contact with ALM has access to the essentials. To this end:

  • We do everything necessary to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • We build long-term relationships based on trust with our suppliers and partners,
  • We provide a working environment that promotes the well-being of our employees.

We contribute to the dynamism of the region

Throughout its history, ALM has been a company rooted in and committed to the Vosges department. This region is one of the three historic centres of French textile manufacturing for professional linen. Our family-run SME is committed to stimulating the local economy while preserving the traditions and expertise of the Vosges textile industry. The award of the Vosges Terre Textile label in 2020 is proof of our expertise in manufacturing environmentally friendly and socially responsible textile products in the region. It also demonstrates our skills in preserving traditional know-how and promoting the local textile heritage of the Vosges.

Several initiatives are being undertaken to contribute to the economic development of our region:

  • We sell more than 27,000 labelled items (75% of the weaving, finishing and manufacturing stages carried out with Vosges Terre Textile partners),
  • We are developing local purchasing,
  • We choose ESATs in the Vosges region for our subcontracting needs.

All ALM commitments are set out in a code of ethics that applies to all employees and all persons associated with the company (customers, suppliers, auditors, consultants, subcontractors, etc.).
